So you are starting to gain too much weight and impeding your efficiency in your daily activities. It is widely known that obesity is a huge problem nowadays and it is affecting people worldwide and also killing people because it poses a great threat on your health. You might not be obese or being close to being obese but having that extra weight can become a problem itself. So you might have heard about the GM diet since it has been widely talked and that made it very popular because it really does work. Here is a quick guide on the diet itself and how you can lose 5 to 9 kilos in just one week.
The first day is where you prepare your body for the whole diet itself. On this day you can have all the fruits that you want with the exception of bananas. You can have any fruit at any time but yet again, no bananas. It is suggested you have watermelons and cantaloupes and 8 to 12 glasses of water on the first day.
Day two is an all vegetables day. You can have any vegetables on this day. Either cooked or uncooked. If you are going to cook it, make sure you don’t use any kind of oil and the good news is that you don’t have a limit on how many you are going to eat or what type of vegetables you can eat. You can start your day with a large boiled potato for breakfast and again have 8 to 12 glasses of water throughout the day.
Day three this time is a vegetable and fruit day. Again, any amount of fruits and vegetables is allowed but you cannot have potatoes and still no bananas just yet. Same amount of water which is 8 to 12 glasses this day.
On day four it is finally banana and milk day. It comes out just when you think you cannot have those bananas this diet is stopping you from having. Actually you can have as much as 8 to 10 bananas on the fourth day and 3 to 4 glasses of milk throughout the day. Also water is important.
Day five is where you can have your rice for lunch and have 6 large tomatoes. On this day you would have been producing a lot of uric acids in your body so make sure you kick the water intake up a notch to 15 glasses.
Day six is another feast day. One cup of rice for lunch and all the veggies you want all throughout the day. On top of that you should drink 8 to 12 glasses of water. At this point you will be feeling a lot lighter and eating veggies will be smooth because your body would have gotten used to it at this point.
The last day consists of one cup rice and all the veggies you want, cooked or uncooked. As a treat, you can have a fruit juice to top it all off. There’s also an Indian version of the GM diet.
